Beginning Nov. 7, Freddie Mac's "market condition delivery fee" will rise two-fold to 0.5 percent of the mortgage amount, following in the footsteps of Fannie Mae as it raises its "adverse market delivery charge" to 0.5 percent in October. Other fees will jump on Nov. 7 as well, including charges on some cash-out refinancings and mortgages on investment properties, says Patricia McClung, vice president of customer outreach and offerings deployment at Freddie Mac.
