DocuLex Launches Archive Studio WebSearch 4.1
DocuLex, Winter Haven, Fla., released Archive Studio WebSearch 4.1, a content management system. Features include SharePortal, which allows users to share content and collaborate with third-party individuals or organizations without user logins. Automated Expirations provides self management, eliminating temporary access to invitations, files and folders made available by SharePortal permission and granted by WebSearch users.
Auto Notification enables workflow, which is available for assignment to files and folders. Workflow Inbox and folder routing allows users to customize folder content to meet their business process requirements for routing documents and notifying users to perform their assigned activity. Other features include records retention.
Cogent Road Adds Debt Free Wizard to Funding Suite
Cogent Road, San Diego, a provider of web-based applications for the mortgage industry, launched a debt elimination planning tool within Funding Suite’s Intelligent Credit Report. Funding Suite’s Intelligent Credit Report interprets tradelines, detects data errors and predicts underwriting conditions for potential borrowers.
The tool loads the applicant’s current credit card debt and allows for the manual addition of any other debt. Once the originator enters in the amount of money the applicant would like to commit to the plan each month, the Debt Free Wizard calculates the fastest way to repay the balances. The action plan provides consumers with steps to follow in order to repay the debt in the shortest amount of time.
Intellidyn Targets Negative Amortization Borrowers
Intellidyn Corp., Boston, released a series of prospect lists that enable mortgage marketers to target borrowers currently in negative amortization loans. The marketing data enables retail originators to pinpoint and market to prospects by their negative amortization levels, and can be selected by credit criteria and lender name.
Byte Software Releases BytePro 3.0
Byte Software, Kirkland, Wash., a provider of software for banks, credit unions and mortgage brokers, released version 3.0 of BytePro, its loan origination software. Version 3.0 contains a customizable dashboard, automatic calculations for FHA risk-based premiums, the new FHA loan transmittal form, partner interfaces and validation rules.
MRG Offers eConsent for Disclosures
MRG Document Technologies, Dallas, a provider of compliance and documentation services for the financial industry, launched MRG eConsent, technology that provides up-front federal and state specific disclosures directly to consumers in an electronic format.
By accessing disclosures electronically, borrowers can consent to accept, view and acknowledge disclosures. eConsent complies with legislative and regulatory requirements for providing disclosures to the consumer.
